This is the menu I had during my dinner on September 25, 2015. At this time Grace was a 3-Star Michelin rated restaurant.

Bites - Lions head mushroom, rabbit, chestnut

Osetra Caviar - Brandade, lemon, scallion

Alaskan King Crab - Sudachi, cucumber, lemon mint

Hiramasa - Cannellini bean, zucchini, daylily

Squab - Beet, sunflower seed, mache

Wine decanter

Pig Tail - Endive, cauliflower, oxalis

Miyazaki Beef - Romaine, peanut, Vietnamese herbs, Tom Yum

Strawberry - Chartreuse, kaffir, balm

Chocolate - Green olive, matcha, tangerine lace
